Over a period of the past several weeks, we have been trying to resolve and issue with the supplier concerning a defective product that we purchased from your Dunn, NC Store. The problem was with a defective screen (hole in screen) on the Wilson and Fisher Pinehurst Gazebo. The following is the last in a series of emails we have sent to your supplier.

Is your company actively looking to resolve this issue or do we need to escalate? We purchased a defective product which you have been made aware and are seeking a remedy from your company. We're not asking for a total replacement only a replacement for the defective screen. We have furnished all the information you have requested which included a picture of the defect along with proof of purchase. It is now time for you to do your part. Please advise.

I purchased a air mattress on 11/05/2019 returned on 12/13/2019 due to defect which caused the mattress to bulge. was told that I could only do a exchange because 30 days had passed. but at the bottom of the receipt says returns with this receipt is good though 01/15/2020. And now the mattress that was exchanged
has the same problem that the 1st original mattress that I returned. I should of been able to get my money back.
