I just made a order and did not realize that Hobby Lobby is closed, and I think that means online orders too. Just wanted to know if the orders will be process if not well my credit card be charge? If you can't do online orders it should not taken my Credit card, so now don't know when I will get my order. Please help and let me know if I should cancel my order until the stores reopens. Thanks

I had to order yarn through the internet. 3 skeins of Love This Yarn @ $12.99 each. The yearn arrived, and on the wrapping of each skein was marked at $3.99 each. Am I due a refund, or at least store credit for what I over paid? I have the wrappings and my internet receipt. I shop at your store a great deal. Please let me know.

I am 76 and partially handicapped and cannot walk. Even the smallest grocery stores supplies us with motorized carts so we can shop. I have a new Hobby Lobby right around the corner from me, but all you supply is a wheel chair that I get tired before i even get what I want. I would spend a lot more and it would be so much easier for me to visit your store. PLEASE THINK OF US WHO CANNOT GO ON THEIR OWN AND HELP THE HANDICAP TO BE ABLE TO SHOP EASIER...thanks much

Employees not wearing masks. A manager not wearing a mask. Did not feel safe shopping in your store. Only one hand sanitizing station on a wall so high up. It was surrounded by fall decorations hardly noticeable. No one sanitizing carts. Losing all respect for your stores. All you care about is making money.

I went into this store an effort to find a frame for a photo of my deceased dogs. I had ordered this large photo thinking it was coming to me framed however it was not! Very bad service and the people their are not at all helpful.
