My husband went the KFC on 4400Camp Robinson Road . He went through the drive thru and went to the window and tried to order 2 pot pies .The manager was in the drive thru told him they that didn't have and so he asked what they did have she pointed at the menu in the restaurant and took my son's order and the window in my husbands face never came back until she brought my son's order and shut the again my husband's face and never let him order anything. The day this happened is 6-13-2019 the name on the receipt is Ben but it wasn't him the restaurant number is #G135569. @ If you need anymore information please contact me at 501-628-8297.

We ordered the $20 fill up (carry out) only to find we had no legs or wings..1 breast & the rest was thighs( nobody here like them), under cooked biscuits and no gravy for the mashed potatoes, also green beans like the bottom of the pot..all broken and mushy...not at all happy. with our experience..doubt that we will be back!!!

This was the worst meal I have ever had from a KFC. It was a 12 pc meal - the chicken was horrible, the biscuits were hard, and the wings were too hard to even eat.

Dear Mr. Eaton, I was shocked when I first saw your donut and fried chicken sandwich commercial and could not believe how anyone could even invent such "horror food." Millions of Americans are currently struggling with weight problems and obesity and many of them die every day. "Foods" like these are devastating to one's health and should be consumed occasionally or not at all. For many years I have been helping people with their nutritional needs and just like me, there are many health care professionals who are currently trying to teach people how to eat and live better. I get the chicken filets now and then and every thing is very good. However the other day I thought I/d get a tub of chicken. I used to get tubs of chicken maybe 10 years ago, so I thought since it's more than me eating this chicken I'd get the tub. well I got all dark meat for starters, and the original breading I ordered had a lot of some kind of pepper in it. Not good, the biscuits were very salty. I got green beans instead of cole slaw, not what I ordered. I didn't mind paying the expensive price since I'd be getting some food I remembered as being good. I ordered thru doordash bucket of chicken meal,TWO for six items... chick tenders and Lit col sandwich, side items being mash potatoes WITHOUT gravy, potato wedges, and mac and cheese and some biscuits. CHicken was fine Biscuits ROCK HARD and inedible, GRAVY ONLY no mashed potatoes, no potato wedges but nasty coleslaw, NO LIL COL sandwich whatsoever and NO POPCORN CHICKEN which I had ordered. Now door dash made good on the missing items. But whoever packed the food and order did a TERRIBLE JOB. Those biscuits were a disgrace. Normally I get very good food at KFC. I live in Foley, Al. and we have a fine KFC but this was just so bad I had to say something.

I would like to share my experience at a Subway drive thru. I ordered and they got my order wrong. The cashier was rude and most of all I did not see any PPE to protect their staff or customers. I called and complained to the manager. The manager on duty let the store manager know who then let the owner know. All of them called me and personally apologized. They assured me that PPE would be available soon to their store. On May 7th of this year at 1:40 pm I went to the KFC in Speedway Indiana. I had basically the same thing happen to me as it did at Subway. However, the cashier was way past rude. Her name is Perron. I called the store and left a message, but no call back at all as I did leave my number.

My biggest concern is please people take this COVID-19 seriously. I fine no excuse that the store provide some kind of PPE. It makes you wonder how sanitized you are with food prep. Hopefully, you have not experienced the illness from this disease. I am hear to tell you that I have seen some first hand illnesses and horrible deaths. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND SENSIBLE! If you are you will be thanked by the public and your paying customers.

I was so happy that a new kfc opened in my area that I had to drive and try my favorite kfc original. My surprise was it was NOT my original! It had NO flavor!! Why did you change it??

What happened? Please think about this.

On 10/17/20 I placed an order thru the drive-up2 plain chicken littles,3 peice combo got home the sandwiches had pickle and mayo the buns were hard,my combo had mashed potatoes instead of cole slaw 2 thighs and a leg no breast. It was 11:15 am out of pepsi? I am 65 was a KFC fry boy in high school not much right about order this was kfc store #2684 hessville,in.

Location 1909 main st. Jacksonville FL 4/12 & 4/15/2021 My order of spicy chicken sandwich and fries were cold and over cooked. 2nd visit hot wings buffalo 10pc were soaked in sauce and grease also overcooked.

I live in Philadelphia, ms. Been buying kfc since I can remember. Your store in Philadelphia, Mississippi is terrible. Last 4 times I bought chicken there it has been dry, no taste, and today the lady at the drive through didn't even know know what I ordered. Popeyes is taking over unless y'all do something quick. I just wanted you to know how useless your customer service reps are. I called about a problem I had with a meal I had gotten. They were rude and unpleasant.
