I missed a package Tuesday, the 18th. So I rescheduled for them to redeliver the next day. It is now Friday and it still hasn't come and looking at the tracking history, it hasn't updated since Wednesday. It still says "December 19, 2018
Redelivery Scheduled"

Why does tracking state Morrisville, VT? I live in Stowe, VT. There were Amazon deliveries in my mailbox two days ago, so what is different for this delivery? I have a large mailbox. I have had packages dropped off at my front door.

This is NOT my first order. Why the incorrect statement that delivery could not be made???? That is what is most frustrating.

Can y'all ship it to me at 2121 beargraud instead of the address posted.

The notice text message states that delivery was attempted but it was not. The address is to the apartment complex on campus main office and someone is there and has been there all day. Where is the package now and was no attempt really made.

The office is open from 11-5 on Sundays and the notice says that the attempted delivery took place at 1:11 pm.

Again - dishonesty on the part of the drivers person.

Please explain and have delivery person take the package ASAP.
