Purchased a jar of dill pickles which contains hot pickles instead of dills. Tried to return for exchange and was told that they do not accept any food items for exchange. So Dollar Tree can legally put any type of product into a container and label it with whatever they choose and sell the product as another product? A person can really get into trouble if they are allergic to the any of the ingredients that are not listed on the label because what is in the jar isn't what is on the label.

The Dollar Tree on North Parkway in Jackson Tennessee is always so unorganized, sometimes being unable to get to things wanted with nonstocked boxes, nor the floors ever cleaned. I hate for this store to get a bad reputation and it end up closing, but it seems that is where it is headed.

The Sunday newspaper is being STOLEN before the customers can purchase the papers! Due to the store's issue of hiring credible personnel who have great customer skills and manners. ANDREW IS EXCELLENT but he is not happy that he has to NOT open until 10am on Sundays, because the majority of his customer arrive at 8am on Sundays. Now Andrew is opening the store at 10am on Sundays and losing ALLOT OF BUSINESS AND HIS REGULAR CUSTOMERS AREN'T GETTING THEIR PAPERS. Andrew has asked the KC Star to deliver the papers at 9am but the KC Star said NO. So, how long is Dollar Tree Headquarters going to pay for a delivery that their store NEVER GETS? Please fix this I love my Dollar Tree Store #1430 and I know you can fix this situation, Andrew would love to go back to opening on Sunday's at 8am, but he needs your help. PLEASE HELP THIS STORE, I really count on seeing Andrew, Tenisla, getting my newspaper and being a single Widow, getitng the coupons goes a long way. PLEASE STOP THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AND CALL THE KC STAR AND RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY OF THE SUNDAY NEWSPAPER AT 9AM SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN BE HAPPY AND KEEP COMING BACK.

I just wanted to notify corporate about one of your employees in Osawatomie Kansas Dollar Tree. Hi name is Rich. It is such a pleasure to go in the store and see him. He is always so pleasant and helpful. I went in needed packing stuff for something I need to ship via FedEx... the store did not have a big enough envelope or box to purchase..... He went into the back and found a box that I could use and he packed it up for me... I wanted corporate to know that you have a very special kind person working in that store. I would love if Dollar Tree had a "on the spot award" to offer him.... or just maybe a extra thank you for always being so nice and helpful.

Last night (4-15-2019) I heard what sounded like gunfire in the vicinity of your store on Tyrone Blvd located between 38 Ave n and Park St in St Petersburg Fl. Not having a phone (I hate them), I hurried to your store to call 911, as I know the staff well having shopped there ever since it opened many years ago. The manager on duty (short, looks Hispanic, very heavy set) had the most flat out mean apathetic attitude I think I've ever encountered about the situation and did not care one iota as she was busy reshelfing some items, and just didn't care as she didn't want to be bothered! The attitude was just plain reprehensible! It sounded like the reports had come from a Texaco gas station a VERY short distance away, and I felt that the PD should investigate asap in case someone actually had been shot, but not this woman! She literally DIDN'T CARE, and proceded to BAR ME from the store!

This is truly abhorrent when someone could have been shot, wounded, or even dead! What gives $ tree? As I stated already, I'm an extremely long time customer but I certainly going to let the neighborhood hear this story as no one will feel safe in that parking lot at night with that attitude by management attitude. I spend (spent) quite a lot there but Walmart is only a mile away, and they would take this VERY seriously!

I was in the Columbus store Monday, May 20. The store was a mess. Trash on floor, shelves not stocked, employees scurrying around (I think they arrived late in opening the store), one entrance to store blocked off, and the list could go on and on. Manager's office door was closed so assumed he/she wasn't there to see things. There are usually boxes about blocking the aisles by not so many that day which is probably why the shelves were so empty. I've been in other stores and they aren't like this. Can this be changed?

I was in line to check out at your store located at 814 Sadler Rd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 on Monday (a school holiday) and there were 3 customers in line behind me when the cashier called another Dollar Tree employee, asking for change (dollar bills). The other employee stated that she didn't have any change.
I spoke up, saying that I had plenty of dollar bills. The other employee asked me to go to the next register, so I left the line, thinking that the other employee would ring up my purchases. I gave her 15 $1 bills and she gave me a $10 dollar bill and a $5 dollar bill and then walked away. I looked at the other cashier with an astonished expression and asked where the other employee had gone, since I expected her to ring up my purchases. The cashier responded that "there's only 1 register open and I needed to get back in line". Now 4 other customers had gotten in line, all of them with cartloads of purchases so it would have taken at least 20 minutes to get checked out. I left my purchases there and walked out. I went out of my way to help your employee only to be abandoned and told to get to the back of the line. I clear case of lack of management and staffing. First, how can you not have enough change in the store and second, why was there not enough staffing on a holiday?

On another occasion, I went to that same store and the line was even longer, with only one cashier. There were 2 other employees working, but we were told that they were too busy to help at the register, as they were unloading the truck. Really? They could have waited to unload the truck and provided better customer service.

I love them and are real happy with my tap lites but can not get them to turn off, the instructions say tap on and off but not happening, can some one advise me as to the turning off of these lights. tired everything.

I visited your store recently and was overjoyed at the organization , cleanliness and friendly service I received. I was very impressed with the card section, not a card out of place and found 3 different cards in record time. Also the workers were very helpful and just sweet ladies. I think their names were Alexia and Jeana. This was the most organized Dollar Tree I have ever been in.

I recently went into the dollar tree at 82-025 Hwy 111 Ste 101 Indio CA. Upon checking out there was only 1 cashier and he had about 10 people in line. Their was an employee in the area of the hot air balloons . I asked her if she could call a second cashier. She informed me" I am off work". I can understand this but she was in the merchandise area rearranging the balloons. The balloons were the ones on a stick and was pushed into a Styrofoam bottom. Another employee who was off work called for another cashier. The manager was the one to open another cashier. When I informed him " he indicated by labor laws once she is off they will have to pay her". So she can straightened balloons but can't take a minutes to call a second checker. This field of work is called" customer service". But this why the retail business is going down hill. It appears this store passed on training starting at the top to the bottom and this is the what to expect from their employees- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have never been in a store as messy as this one it is a shame that a store can be so out of place. I work for this company in Michigan if that store look like this we would all loss our jobs. If you you want people to come in a store don't have a store look like this. Friends say they want to go in this because of it.
