I was interesting in starting a subscription with your company. However while I was reviewing the different plans I was automatically locked into a plan I do not want. I have been trying to alter things with suggestions from “Dylan” who I think is a robot as all of a sudden I could no longer reply on that page. I do not want this service. Please remove my information from your roster.

I am giving you notice to cancel my account as of today. July 25, 2018. I still have a balance of 6 dollars and some cents which I will leave with you. I had received a gift certificate for the service, enjoyed it while it lasted, but this is not a service we need or want. Thank you for the delicious food. My daughter signed us up for a gift, but just has not worked for us. It is a good idea but, just not for us please cancel our account, I'm tried of skipping orders. and you got us on the order for august 23rd because I did not skip..... now I'm out $52 for an order I did not want.

As of today, May, 2, 2019 I am cancelling my account with Blue Apron and Unsubscribe to Blue Apron. We have enjoyed this service but it has become too expensive and we do not have time to do the cooking. I will pay for nothing further that comes from Blue Apron. I would like confirmation of the unsubscribe.

I called and talked to customer service 2 months ago and cancelled my account but received a box while I was out of town last week. Please do not charge me and please do not send me anymore Blue Apron. Would you like me to send this box back-if so please send me shipping information???? I have not opened it and do not want it.

You are sending me a first order of food I didn't select. I don't want the service any longer. Make it real hard to cancel and I will go online insult this company over and over. Drop me from this service. I regret having anything to do with this company. Now do what I ask. You stuck me for $39. That's all you are getting from me. This company is a rip-off.

The Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche arrived without the pie crusts. Try cooking a quiche without the pie crusts. The fromage blanc was also missing.. Lastly, I tried to log into my account but even though there is a credit balance on my account, your website wouldn't let me do so without first presenting you with a credit card.

I received a gift of $120 to start a relationship with Blue Apron. I was scheduled to receive 2 deliveries one this coming Tuesday and the other the following Tuesday. For safety sake I called yesterday to make sure all was in order. I was unable to speak to your staff on the phone but was able to chat with a representative. He informed me that a decision, apparently very carefully "case by case," was made not to send me the dinners previously paid for. At one point he said he would credit me for $19.and some cents. He said that I received an email on the 19th informing me of your decision not to have the meal delivered. No such email was sent to me. I note that your corporate headquarters is in NYNY and therefore problems with complying with your agreements is most understandable. However the dismissive attitude that the chat person conveyed was an insult. I am able to understand difficulties but the take it or leave it attitude is not a justification of the obvious problems your firm is experiencing. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that he would not transfer my request that he would send it along. The chat concluded by his statement "have a good day now". I still expect the following:

1. A delivery Tuesday
2. A telephone call today from someone of authority
3. An suggestion: Customer Service of Blue Apron needs training.
