Hi, I purchase a 8,000 BTU 115-Volt WINDOW Air Conditioner with Remote from Home Depot order: WD13989636 and had it delivered to my home. I am having a problem with the top part where the air come out. I am unable to maneuver up or down. It will not move and is pointed up. This is too heavy for me to return to the store. Can you please set up a UPS pick up so that I can return and replace? This was purchased on April 17, 2018.

I bought all LG appliances at the end of May 2018. The stove, refrigerator and dishwasher was delivered the second week of July bc they were on back order which I did not know this until after the purchase. The washer and dryer was not delivered until the end of July. When the stove and fridge was delivered they were both damaged. I had to wait another two weeks before they were replaced. The dishwasher I thought was ok but when I got it installed I used it three times and it stopped working.

They sent out Mr Rogers service and he said it was a bad panel. They would order one and it has been 4 weeks and the part is not in yet. The repair man came back out two days ago with a different part thinking it was the right one. He pulled the dishwasher out , put the part in and nope, not the right fix. He caused a leak when he pulled the dishwasher out of the cabinet place and then he could not put it back in. I called them today and they said they were through with it, they would not be back out to fix it.

I had to get LG to handle it. I cannot get anyone from LG to call me about this and when I did I was told to go back to Home Depot to get it resolved. Home Depot tells me it is not their problem but L G. I feel like a bouncing ball. I have a new dishwasher that does not work and no one cares. I am giving LG two days to get in touch with me then I am going to social media with this problem. I am 70 years old and have never had an issue like this.

My $ 230.00 cell phone will not maintain a wifi signal sitting two feet from the modem. I have to go to setting and turn off the wifi wait a minute and turn it back on. It shows up on the screen as a weak connection.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks - for LG to get back to me regarding if my fridge is under warranty and what needs to be done to repair it, I have gone all thru Xmas with no fridge and they keep telling me they will call me back and never do - THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE - How could you take 3 weeks and still do nothing especially because we had no fridge thru xmas - so far i have called approx 5 times and still no answer- best keep away from buying lg products as the service is crap & they just continuely lie to you when you call.

I had purchased two 65" 4K tv's just over a year ago. One works fine the other has had some problems. it started to have some black lines on the screens left side of the tv was not too bad at first had thought it might go away, then the lines got worse had many blk lines. So notified LG they gave me a TV repair shop to call and made an appointment for them to come and ck the problem he stated that it would need a new screen and he would get it touch with LG, so LG said to replace the screen. waited about a month and the screen came in and the repair man replaced the screen and all was ok for the first 2 months and then turned on the tv and noticed a faint white line on the center of the screen again, thought it was a reception problem but as it turns out the line has gotten worse. So called the repair man he stated that he could not do anything for me and I needed to get in touch with LG customer service, that was around nov 20 2019.

Since then have had a runaround I have contacted 5 different agents and all gave me a reference number and stated that they were going to escalate it to a higher office manager and some one will be InTouch with me in about 4-5 days .so till now 1/10/2020 did not have any contact except when I call this has been going on since 11/20/2019 can some please help me with this problem one of my 5 confirmation # are CNN191223666479 so LG can get InTouch with me.Come on LG you can do better then this Ben

I had problems for three months last summer with my refrigerator. I called April 30, 2020 and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. I called again May 11, 2020 and was told that within ten business days someone would get back to me, that was three weeks ago. What do I have to do for someone to get back to me?

Bought brand new 30 cf...$4600.00 broke 8months later took 1 week to get repairman, he said it was fixed NOT!called 15 times no answer,,,called LG several times each time they said a tech would call within 24 hours its been 2 weeks since this started with no end in sigh!!
