I researched hotel rooms through your website, called Priceline and made reservations through the phone.
I stayed at the Rodeway Inn in Wesley Chapel, Florida from 12/24 to 12/27/19. Here is what I found: there is no coffee in the room, the ice machine did not work on any of the days I stayed, there is no newspaper anywhere in the Hotel, the remote did not work, there is no list of TV channels anywhere, AND ON MY LAST NIGHT THERE, THE TAILGATE OF MY 2013 CHEVY SILVERADO WAS STOLEN.
I am looking at a $2,000 expense, or at least $500 if I go through my insurance company. Thanks a lot for the recommendation. I have used Priceline for the first and last time ever, and you can be sure I am spreading the word to anyone who will listen, not to use your company.
An unplanned & no choice trip cancellation.
Hello Ellen, Unfortunately, I am being forced to cancel my upcoming trip, due to the limited travel/crowd restrictions/Closed locations-things out of my control. I have done a lot of business with Priceline, & have always been fairly pleased with my dealings with you. However, the upcoming rental car I have booked with you, trip # 207-083-054-30, I was told was non refundable. Normally, I would understand, & normally I would not have to cancel the trip. Under these circumstances, I would like to know that your company, that I have worked with a ton, over the years, would take exception to your rule, due to cancellation out of my control. I would like this $315.14 refunded back to my account. I will also be contacting Marriott Customer Service, but on your end, it would be nice if you made an executive/special circumstance considerations under these circumstances, & made the process easy, so future business will come your way.
Corona virus and cancelled event
I booked a room through Priceline for an event in Pal Springs. The event was cancelled and Priceline will not refund me the charge on my credit card (which was suppose to be a deposit only). The event being cancelled is not my fault and I want my $1068.40 refunded back onto my card. I will continue to fight with this company until I am refunded.
Cancellation of flight and reschedule due to corono virus
Purchased ticket to Greenville, S.C. for April 8, 2020 due to the virus outbreak was forced to cancel flight out of my control. Trying to reschedule this trip has been a damn nightmare. Cannot talk to anyone --wait time is long and when you receive call back unfortunately you cannot understand the person on the line due to difficulty in English--then they tell you to call the airlines number and they want your credit card number and charge you a service charge which I already paid the first time. Apparently if I booked the flight I wanted I would have an additional credit of over $100.00 which I asked them to apply for the service charge. I was informed they could not do that I would have to put it on my charge card--NOT ACCEPTABLE. I would like a response to this very frustrating problem that I am having. These are very trying times and this should not be as difficult as it is. Why don't you have your calling centers here in the USA?

Car rental issue
Hello,
On June 27th we made a car rental through you for avis. The car was to be picked up for that day at 5pm. As I needed it on the 28th. When we went to avis to pick up the car at 430pm... THERE WAS NO ONE THERE!!!! For us to get the CAR WE PAID TO RENT !! WE NEVER PICKED UP this car cause no one was there. Our Credit card was Charged!! I would really like this fixed!! I would like my money put back on this car sence we never got to PICK UP the car & never got to take that trip.
Refund would be greatly appreciated.

Billing issue
Our trip was booked thru Priceline but the billing was farmed to Agoda in the Philippines. Unknown to us giving out my credit card without my permission to a foreign company is unacceptable. Due to an unexpected family emergency I needed to cancel our trip but they said it's non-refundable. There were other solutions like to book a diff date but instead they cancelled our ticket so the hotel had to help us get it back. Long story how this went but there is NO way on this earth I will ever use Priceline unless you can convince me otherwise.
