I experienced the worst case of harassment, slander, and verbal abuse from a Avis counter employee named Melissa in the Shreveport,La. airport location. She threatened and humiliated me in the terminal after she broke all the fundamental rules of customer service touted by Avis. I have NEVER experienced anything remotely similar to this abuse orchestrated by Melissa, a representative and front line service person for Avis. Retraining, discipline, and written apology needed.
