I was so frustrated with getting anyone on the phone and 7 months to get a bill resolved. Even trying to cancel appointments was difficult and frustrating when I was put on hold for a really long time. Please cancel all appointments for me and my husband Charlie DeChant birthdate June 10, 1945 and my birth date May 27, 1949 from Orlando Florida.

Had my very first experience with Aspen Dental today, November 12, 2018, purpose of this visit, replace full set of dentures, that are currently 10+ year's old, and don't fit properly anymore. It wasn't until I'd made my choice for new dentures, that I was told it would be 2 weeks before I could actually receive new dentures!!, in the past I've not had to wait more than 2-3 day's for new dentures!!, however I was told that for an extra fee of $100, I could get this waiting time speeded up!!!, somehow, this doesn't sound fair to other customers, kind of like jumping ahead of people already in line!!! Also the current television commercial for Aspen Dental, states, dentures in a couple of day's!!! As I have not received the new dentures, I cannot comment on the quality of them. Primarily upset about how they wait to the selection process to tell you how long it's going to take to receive dentures, and the policy about paying an extra $100 to get receiving date pushed up!!!

I am writing this letter to let your company know the problems I have had with my 14 Month old set dentures. I bought them on 4-10-2019. I lost the first tooth on 7-23-2019, it was put back on in 2 days. I lost the second tooth on 7-2-2020. I called on 7-3-2020 as soon as they opened, to get it fixed. I was told the person that does the repairs was on vacation for a week. How can a place that sells dentures not have someone there at all times of operation. I had to go somewhere else and it cost me $125.00. Needless to say I was not happy. Then on 8-29-2020 I lost 3 teeth. I called first thing in the morning of 8-31-2020. I was told I could come in on September 9th. The customer service is nil. Again I had to go to someone else. I am waiting for that bill. I deserve compensation for all of the non service and the inferior set of dentures. I hope to hear from someone soon regarding these problems.
