Worst call options ever. HTH DO YOU TALK TO SOMEONE?? Cannot get to a live person, when you do on hold for an hour or more to try to talk to the fraud department. Have to make multiply calls.

I was billed by your company on Nov 1 for the amount of $166.99 using my AMEX credit card. I did not make an Xfinity payment to your company but someone who is your customer did. You should look into this. I have contacted AMEX about the situation. Ref# on the bill is 1930603704701537912825611005010544549.

Attention to best buy customer service billing department,my best buy member number id: 2846642628, my best buy visa card number ending in 0939. My last 4 digits of my social security number is 6452, my d.O.B. Is 09/23/1952. I have spoken to a customer service representative over the phone just a few days ago just past friday about a charge on checking account card number ending in 4036, but my checking account number ending in 4373. As i speak i haven't received a refund amount of $175.00 dollars to be returned to my checking account that best buy has on file. Please respond to my email comment or message soon. Unbelievable service. Worse than Verizon oh but wait they use Verizon towers they said. Good luck talking to a person from USA. They sure did lure me in with the $200 gift card for each line! Yet I have not received it nor can get a straight answer from India. I was on hold while the “rep” took an hour lunch and am on hold now as I type for another break! I’m sure he was hoping I would hang up! I cannot make calls in my house and keep dropping calls. How the hell am I supposed to work or run a business?!?!?
