Can't get my account straightened out need help.

My Hauwitt phone died and I got a mother phone give too me with out old. sim so I used mine in it but still need old pin.

I received a text message that my pin number had been changed. I did not change anything about my account. What can I do to fix this, calling the number I was given, didn't resolve anything because they didn't have my correct zip code on file.

Need to reactivate my blocked lost, or stolen att prepaid account on to a new device.

I have had this phone and sim since the middle of December 2019. I have had no problems until this month..I had auto pay pay my bill on 04/15/2020, and I thought my service had been disconnected. I was I'll and could not go find free wifi to contact att customer service. I was on chat with them for almost 2 hrs last night and over an hour this time...then they tell me they cant help me that I've gotta call you guys. I explained to the customer service personnel that I did NOT have phone service to call you..I chanced putting your # into google and got this site...can you please help me get my phone service going again?! This really sucks! I dont know why I got the error msg..SIM not provisioned MM#2...but apparently that's my service issue... I'm at our local store using their wifi to email you..help me please... I love at&t...I dont know what to think about all this...I'm really upset..and trying to online chat with a customer service personnel almost had me stroking out!??
