On 10/10/19 I went through TSA security at LAX International terminal. My Dell laptop Inspirin 7000 was taken by another person and I wound up with theirs. I contacted Dell support and spoke to an overseas representative on the phone. I provided him with the Service Contract number of 91Z4K22 hoping to learn who the owner is. He found that the laptop was purchased in the U.S. but he could not provide me with that information. I asked if he could contact the retailer or owner and provide my information so I could be contacted, this request was also denied. I am asking again for some assistance so that I can have my laptop returned to me and the other owner may get theirs in return.
