Wrong shipping address
Tried changing to correct, in line chat said was fixed but was not tried again no success, finally closed account but order went through 4 days after account closed and money taken from my account AND the cancelled order will be delivered to my neighbor again. Cannot talk to a living being.
Never gotten my order
I guess I ordered a Alexa months back but I never got it .my address have changed for several years. My old address was 2116 Smith's Grove Oakland Ed. Smith Grove KY 42171 my new address is 629 E 8th ave apt 3 Bowling Green, KY. 42101 it's been for 2 years. My mobile number is 270 303 1069 so anything that has been purchased it's been without my knowledge.. My son passed a year ago and my grandson his son had cancer on his liver and until not to long ago he had a liver transplant and I been seeing alot stuff that I didn't gave anyone permission.my husband and I are the only adults in our home and my daughter lives at south Carolina my other son just don't have the time. Now I have a daughter in law that's a thief my IP address is not the same one when the orders took place.
I join in June and July and August you charged me twice

Unable to reach
Called CS number. Voicemail, go to web site. Web site, call same number. Had to stop my bank card to stop a "recurring payment" and I don't know what its for. Ordered 2 sets of linen, got 4. Need to send two back but can't reach them to send me a label. Groupon used to have good customer service. Now the company has no service. The problems and hassle of trying to get in contact with them to resolve issues isn't worth the now minor discounts. I'm done with Groupon. You can't even email them unless you are a client of theirs!
