Dear sir or madam,

Today I booked a flight with Priceline for a trip to Scotland. I was under the impression that I could review the itinerary before actually booking. It was booked with an 18 1/2 hour layover in New Jersey. I called an requested this be cancelled so I could book another flight. I spoke with Vanessa and Hope who are located in the Philippines stating I cannot cancel this flight. Also asked to speak with an agent on the mainland; was informed that there are no American agents; and I could not cancel in order to re-book. I would like to speak with someone willing to work with this.

On April 19, 2019 I rented a car through priceline.com I have many years of using this site and I have not had a problem until this time and I have searched the telephone for the necessary help and nobody has been able to solve my itinerary 172-401-382-91 West Palm Beach fl the same for a payment of $ 257.51 at the time of delivering the car they charged me an amount greater than $ 388.91 and nobody provides me with the help needed to solve since they charged me more, if possible help me with this extra charge I thank you.

My son's Navy boot camp graduation date has changed from Sept 27th to Oct 25th. I have tried & exhausted all of the avenues I have available to get the reservation changed. Priceline tells me to contact Avis. Avis tells me to contact Priceline, because I made my reservation w/ Priceline. I am not asking for my money back or to cancel my reservation. I even to add an extra day to my reservation. I have been told by numerous customer service reps that they cannot do anything to help me. I cannot afford to lose $100 & pay for a second reservation. My son has signed up to protect our country, but I cannot get a simple reservation change. Please, please help me.

I have a copy of the actual receipt we received from the Best Western Plus hotel in Waco Texas. I also have the copy of the receipt I printed out of the total priceline provided me with before our trip. Priceline's total is over $100 more than the actual receipt the hotel charged as I see it. Can this amount be credited back to my account if so can I be notified of this process. Please let me know one way or the other, if you need copy's of these documents let me know how to get them to you.

I was scheduled to stay at the Wyndham Garden Philadelphia Hotel on Saturday 3/28 for one night. I contacted the hotel on Friday, 3/27 to confirm my reservation. A recording came on and the voice mail stated that the hotel was closed and would be closed until the first of May. Should I not be entitled for a credit since the hotel could not fulfill its obligation? Please advise. Bettye Robertson

My First Car Reservation with Priceline was Made April 12th,2021 to receive a Car from ACE Car Rental April 15th - April 18th.

When I went to Receive my Car ; it was Not even Available so Priceline issued me a refund of the Full Amount. Priceline then says 'due to inconvenience' of having to now make a new a car reservation, same day, with much higher rates, Priceline will issue me a refund of the Difference in Rates.

With Documentation Sent Over ; the difference in Rate refund will be 252.51$ Priceline says they've issued the Refund April 28th and Processed April 29th.

When May 30th 2021 came, I have still Yet to Receive this Refund. I've Contacted my Bank, Capital Card to Verify if there has been any changes made to Account which may result in Priceline having the A wrong Information on File, and They confirmed there has been no changes.
My Card has Always ending in x-6998 with expiration date 11/25.
Next, I have Contacted PayPal. Now PayPal explained to me that When you go through PayPal to make payments, the benefit of using PayPal is they do not disclose any of your card information. So as we know, I've made my payment through PayPal of 216.98$ and received my refund of 216.98$.

Now the Priceline is trying to Issue me a Refund of a 'difference of rate' back to my PayPal, remember that Priceline NEVER received any of my card information to begin with. So Priceline end generated a False Account ending in x-6451 with an expiration date of 12/30.

It was only when I taught this error from the company did they do further research and saw I was correct! And admitted to a 'virtual account' listed as myself, but this is after I've called countless times, speaking with customer representatives then to Relations Speclist to either be ; completely dismissed, hung up on, been called NAMES (Regine your relations speclist said I am a frustrating person!), to Andrea another relations speclist verifying with PayPal that I haven't received the refund and Maria another relations speclist verifing by calling my BANK I haven't received my refund and then they still said to me RIGHT AFTER THE PHONE 3-WAY CALLS I must have changed my card information on file!

I also spoken with Rob before I discovered the error in their system, who is above the relations speclist was extremely rude, didn't show any sympathy towards my situation, DID NOT even remotely try to help me in the least but rushed me off the phone because apparently the conversation wasn't getting anywhere and simply HUNG UP ON ME.

I want ROB, the supervisor I've spoken with REPORTED for a lack of understanding of how his position works! A person like that should NOT be in a manager position or have that title! Please refer back to my phone call with Him (05/30/21) with Supervisor ROB.
