I want to know what the amount would be to pay off and close this account.

I have tried 9 times in 7 days to submit a credit application. Each time I receive a note saying an error occurred and try later. I have no vocal cord, due to surgery, so I CANNOT SPEAK ON A PHONE to contact you. I have sent several e-mails without an answer. I have a disability that should br addressed and I am going to report it if you do not respond. I have good credit so that cant be an issue.

I would like to cancel my account.

I have a card with you have tried to use it on numerous occasions and every time I try to check out it gives me the error code!!! This last time same thing and you are threatening to close my account!! Thanks I guess wow it’s your fault and I will probably have a ding on my credit from you!!
