1-800-732-7747: Sears Delivery Phone Number in USA

My Kenmore washer was delivered on 7/11/2019 around 5:35pm. There was a dented and scratches on the item and also the hose that was on the washer was not the hose that I had brought. I have tried to call the 1-800-732-7747 number for 2 days now. My first attempt was last night waited for over an hour but was disconnected. 7/12/19 called this morning around 7:15am waited for over 48 minutes a recording came on requesting to leave a voicemail. I have only 72 hours to report a damage item. Please advise.

Been waiting over a month for them to replace this. Call and call and never get resolution. They either disconnect you or give you the run around. I am 29 days today without hot water waiting for them to deliver this. WHO DOES THIS TO SOMEONE.
