Your after hours service help is horrid. I have been trying for over 2 hours to have our electricity turned back on, and cannot reach anyone to talk to or help. It appears that the main reason why we have not submitted payment to your company is because you had the wrong mailing address and zip code. Unfortunately, when it was time to shut the electricity off you had no problem finding us then! So,, tell me how do you get help after hours? We never had any issues with PSNH, but since we started with your company this is the 2nd time that we have had issues. Again, we have not received a bill / statement in approximately 4 months. We did not receive any notification that we were behind in our payment, or that our power was going to turned off. Once we get this matter corrected we will be looking for a new company, and will advise as many people as we can to get away from your company. Extremely poor customer service, poor communications and poor after service contact.

On July 6, 2019, a tree on our road was hit by lightening and fell on the wires. I phoned in the need for service and was amazed at how FAST the wonderful service crew came and remedied the damage with electricity restored in such a short time. Our neighborhood was very impressed and extend our gratitude for the expediency and efficient services rendered. This occurred on Veazey Cove Rd. Sanbornville, N.H.
