Hi I received an Oster Red with grey specks and white ceramic inside pot and pan set. The other day as I took it out of the cabinet, I accidentally dropped it on the floor. Now I was not fully standing up yet so it couldn't have fallen but maybe one or two feet. However, when I picked it up the end of the handle had broken off. Is this something normal for this kind of set? I know I have dropped other pots and never had anything like this happen before.

I was toasting a bagel and all at once my Oster Toaster Oven blew up. I am happy I was not in front of it, at 75 I could have gotten cut. I have always purchased Oster for Toaster Ovens, in fact I still had my old white one and am now using it, even though the stanless steel, now matches the appliances in my kitchen.

I baked a turkey in it yesterday and when I washed up the inner pan it had a corner hole almost burnt thru. There was little shards of the surface that came off in sharp shards. I would like to replace the inner pan. I could not find a 20 qt inner pan to buy on line. This was the 3rd time that I used the roaster. Can you help me and lead me in the right direction. Thanks
