Hello my name is Ann Isidore, My package were undeliverable due to combined addresses an old one and my present address which is 5131 Bundy Rd Apt. Z32 New Orleans La 70127 not the Curren rd address. My package was sent back to Groupon. Please refund my money on both items. The coupon app is faulty and confusing.

Purchased groupon on Oct 14. Have tried for the last 4 days to make appointment. Never returned my calls. Requested help from salon owner. Denise did eventually text me with apology saying she would call me in 15 mins. No call! I tried her number again after a few hours asking for an appointment. She text 12 noon tomorrow would work. I asked for further details. No response until 11 pm tonight. Again she text. Sorry cannot do tomorrow will be out of the area. She has never called me!! Totally unprofessional. I have been trying for a very long time to get assistance re:making item returns. I have tried the phone numbers, had already sent an email with no response, have tried the gethuman site and I wound up writing my request multiple times but then sent to IT for help.....which I didnt need from them and they told me to contact Amazon which was the seller I used Which it was not. I ordered from Groupon which I have used many times already.. I need to return 3 items that were ordered in June which came at different shipments. I tried to explain that with COVID I was not going out unless it was important due to the fact that my husband has Lung Cancer and a Heart Valve issue so I could not possibly become in contact with the Virus. I know many of the major retail stores have extended their return time table due to this. i need to return 3 different shorts that was ordered. The order 's are = 1358224393 & 1358224395 & 1358224397!! Their descriptions are = JVINI High-rise Lightweight Stretchy Bermuda Shorts--Womens Tech Fleece Loose Fit Bermuda Shorts & Womens Soft Cotton Biker Shorts (3 pack)! Please help me with this matter, I am a Groupon user but so frustrated trying to get help in this matter. I am a Senior Citizen and it was not safe for me to go out unless very necessary. I would appreciate your consideration and assistance with this issue Thank you in advance if you help me get this resolved finally!
