Purchased 2 items and was not given a credit or exchange
I purchase ink in July 2017 the ink doesn't expired until March 2020, I didn't need to replace it in my printer until April of 2019 however when I did the ink didn't work. I took it to the store and they said there is nothing they can do for me there is a 2 week return policy. I said can you at least tell me if the ink is even in the cartridge? They said they don't know the ink probably just dried up and gave me nothing! Prior to that I bought a pair of reading glasses that broke after about 3 months, I went in to exchange and they said sorry 90 return policy. They really don't care about helping you at all. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Today I went to Staples at 250 Sepulveda Blvd., Carson, Ca. I was looking at printers but the model i was looking wasn’t in stock. I didnt get any help from the staff.
Printer not found in store
On your web sight, you list an Epson ET2720 printer for $199.99 in store cost. I've searched out to 100 miles from me, and still have not been able to find this printer from Staples. How can I obtain this printer for this price? If you're not going to see them, your add could say the price is $19.99. Thank you for your help.
