Tech in field.. l have reached out to the tech support team on 2 different occasions. First time stayed on hold for 55 minutes and no answer, so I hung up. Second time now and it’s been another 55 minutes and still no answer. So I decided to call the new equipment line and had a live person ready to sell me a unit in less than 5 minutes. Never contemplated about buying a Lennox. But after this fiasco I can tell you you better steer clear. There Support is like there equipment.. IT SUCKS!!!
