Trakfone sent me a Moto G Pure (XT2163 DL) but I need a user manual. I am unable to do anything, cannot answer a call, get a text or notification, use the camera, nothing. The support phone line demands I receive a text and tell the numbers to identify I'm not somebody other than myself first, before they will tell me how to get access to a user manual, but I cant figure out how to do any of that. Now Trakfone has installed a new Android system, and installed active hand actions or some such to further complicate it. I still need a user manual, some instructions. If anybody can help, please email me a link to where I can download a pdf user manual, or a webpage to view it, for that phone and for the active hand gestures whatever that trakfone just installed into it. So I don't have to cancel my account eventually and throw the phone in the trash. You want me to rate customer service? I have no problem with billing or coverage, but getting a user manual to my pc is like asking the government for help. Telling me I can get it on the phone is absurd, if I can't make the phone work. Trakfone and customer service have failed terribly in this regard. Thank you.
