I truly respect your company for not caving in to a teenager who has a beef with something someone said or twittered. Companies are doing this far too much to a small vocal minority who have not thought through all the issues involved. Thank you for not pulling your ads.

Changed my mind
I was planning on ordering your product for both myself and for my son. Then I read your company was refusing to stop advertising on the Laura Ingraham show.
I’m so glad I read that as I would have returned the product after I discovered that. I intend to tell everyone who mentions your product that ordering would be a terrible idea. Life is too short to purchase from a company who advocates for such a dreadful, disgusting person.
Disappointed
I paid $50 for my pillow from National TV and Clinton Missouri I am not satisfied with it, wherever I lay my head it flattened. do I get a refund from you or from national TV stays flattened do I get a refund from you or national TV?

Pillow smells bad
Hi, We washed our pillow and it smells so bad!! I followed the washing directions. I cant even be in the same room as the pillow.
Pillow washed won't dry right
I washed the pillow, and no matter how long in the dryer would not dry. I could feel inside it was wet.
I opened it up, for, I knew, if left wet inside it would mold.... and that is not a good thing. I got asthma. I got a picture of it laying all over my table, air-drying, but, now, you must have a machine to put it back in for it is impossible for me to do. I called your customer-service, and was told to send the picture here, but where?? and how?? I was told I would need to send it all back... a whole lot of foam... it would be mailing a garbage bag full of it. I loved your pillow, but, washing it, is a big problem. It won't fully dry. And, that is not a good thing. I would appreciate being contacted back about this. And, because of this, I won't buy another one. Thank you.
Disappointed in product
My experience with my pillow was not great. Washed pillow and a tear broke open foam went all over machine. I sewed it back then dried. Then other day went take out out to wash was another rip in it foam all over pillow case cover that was zippered! Very disappointed in product. I would like a new one in its place if possible. I threw pillow out I was annoyed.
Warranty on pillows
I have a travel pillow and a tube(?) Pillow. Both of which were purchased approximately 5 year's ago or less. Both pillows have come apart. The travel pillow came apart yesterday , the foam came out in washer had to wet vaccum it out.. that one I threw away since garbage pick up was yesterday. Per customer service sending pictures of remaining pillow looking for replacement. Please advise.
Great merchandise
Love my pillows. They are just what I needed. I followed the instructions on washing and drying. They came out great!! And if they need fluffed a bit, I just put them in the dryer and they are great. You do an awesome job. Just ordered your sheets. Looking forward to them.
Very disappointed
I recently purchased four standard/gueen pillows. When they arrived, they were not what I ordered. One of the pillows was green, three were white. I spoke with a service rep and she was no help at all. Two of the pillows were for my sister who had major surgery oct 16th 2018 & two were for me. She retired from the air force after 23 yrs of service and she went to work at the Dayton V.A. Hosp,Human resources, she retired from the V.A. Hosp this 10/15/2018 after 17 yrs of service. I am a volunteer at the Dayton V.A.Hosp transportation dept , after retiring from the Inland Delphi automotive plant here in dayton. We have been talking up your product with coworkers and friends since I placed the order.
Once we received the order and it was not what we ordered we were so disappointed. Especially after talking to your customer service rep, who said I could return the product but it would cost me another $40 to change my order. Almost $200.00 I paid for those pillows...I could have went to sears going out of business sale and got a much better deal . We decided to keep the pillows , but there will be no more lifting up (praising) My Pillow.com... in fact, what we will be doing is contacting everyone that we talked to about My Pillow.com and rescinding all of the positive comments that we made about the product on all three of our local campuses. That includes Cincinatti V.A, and the Columbus V.A.
Tore in the seam
Washed pillow after a year and it tore in the seam and another linear hole near the seam.
Small pillows with 2 pillow order
I originally ordered 2 king size pillows and 2 small travel pillows were included. I decided that I wanted standard size pillows and returned the entire order. I received my standard pillows today but the 2 small travel pillows were not included. That was one of the reasons I ordered that package.
Unsatisfied
I loved the pillow initially when I purchased this pillow in 2014. I have followed washing and drying directions and the pillow is flat in the night and I need to fluff it up at least four times during the night. I have followed all instructions and would like a replacement.
Broken zipper on the mattress pad
I bought two mattress topper and my grandchild spilled fruit juice. I proceeded to take off the top and and wash the mat cover and low and behold the cover zipper was pretty cheap and was not able to put back on.. This was purchased on 10/7/18 order # 8513258.

Frayed fabric on pillow
A couple years ago I bought 2 of your pillows and 1 of them has a hole where the fabric frayed close to a corner and the filling is coming out. I was told to go to orders @my pillow.com and send a picture but I can't seem to find the right place to return or complain or whatever. please help.
My pillow topper
Hi, I ordered my pillow topper a few months ago, my order number is 910-0989, I washed the cover to the topper and the cover ripped and the zipper came off. Advertising comments and My Pillow satisfaction
We love our "MyPillows" and am ordering more for our Cabin in Northern Wisconsin. I read the comments people have posted and did not like seeing someone pontificating about their displeasure on your company advertising on the Laura Ingrum television show. I hate watching the MSNBC show but I would not even think of writing to complain. Anyway I'm now buying additional pillows and two people who work for me are doing the same. Why, because the pillows are great.

Sheets
I bought sheets from your company. The bottom sheet has shredded in about one foot square area. I've been trying to send a picture of that and the care label, but haven't had any luck sending it.

Pillows came apart
To Whom It May Concern;
5 or 6 months ago i purchased My Pillow and it was the buy one get one free deal. I put them in the washing machine on delicate and when i opened the lid both pillows are open and foam all over inside of washer. Since it was this long ago i do not have my receipts to show where i got them. I would like to send a photo but it won't allow me??
Worse customer service i have ever dealt with
I'm out $288, still after 3 or 4 weeks have no product. been on the phone 4 or 5 times with my pillow. Been hung up on 2 times. They put you on hold every 30 seconds only to ask you the same exact question. Just to piss off the customer more I guess? Then they tell me I'm rude. Well you have charged my credit card and I don"t have anything for it. Now they are saying they might be charging me out of my credit for their inconvenience? Be very careful with this company. Maybe they have a great product. I don't know. But if you have to deal with customer service. be ready for them to lie to you and waist your time while they are not willing to listen to the customers issues.

Towels
I ordered2 sets of sheets and 2 sets of towels around Christmas 2019 and one of the hems has come loose on the tourquois towels . I talked to customer service and they told me to take a picture of it and send it in but I can’t find where to send the picture. We have a set your pillows , the mattress topper , 2 sets of towels and 3 sets of sheets we really think your products are great . What can we do about the towel that come apart? I purchased a My Pillow from QVC on 11/4/2014 and I'm finding the pillow is caving in the middle and it feels like it's becoming a hole and my heads sinks down and it's very uncomfortable. Since My Pillow gives a 10 year warranty, I have not exceeded that warranty. Would you please replace it?

Hard and uncomfortable pillow topper
We purchased a pillow topper, slept on it one night and it was so hard and uncomfortable, we decided to return it. Roll & go pillows
I only ask for 1 pillow in flag and the word map 1
so 1 & 1 = 2 but i am getting charged for 4, i want only 2 sent to me. And refunds the other 2 that was charged. Terrible service
Received a mattress cover, looks their is poop on it, service is terrible, they switch you to another person and that person hangs up. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Want a complete refund.
Compaint about my, "My Pillow"
I purchased 2 My Pillows 4 years ago, mine had the lavender piping, was ok at first but started to separate in the middle while sleeping on it, am constantly pushing the filling around like I used to do with my old feather pillows. I tried sleeping on my husbands, it is green and WHAT a difference. Right now I'm using a hair scrunchie on one end of mine to keep the stuffing from separating, it works but has made my pillow quite small, would like to know about maybe exchanging my old one for a green one, I did register for the 10 year warranty when I bought it in 2016. I know the company is very busy making masks right now, God bless you for that. Please let me know about my problem and how we can take care of it when you have time. Didnt received travel pillows

Received wrong size topper

Received two pillows and not sure how to determine which one is the blue and which one is the white, I am unable to find any numbers on the pillows themselves that indicate a BRP or WRP. One of the packages had a blue sticker with S/Q Premium on it and the other had a green sticker with S/Q Premium. I have tried both pillows, mine should be the white, and they are both to full for my liking. Please advise if the correct pillow was shipped.
