I am really disappointed because I made a big mistake, I have valid two reservations at the same time.

At first I made a mistake on the date, 27/9/18 instead of 14/9/18, I thought I have cancelled the first reservation who was not the good one before doing the second. Please Help me !! you gonna see two reservations on my name, made at the same time : for the 27/9/18 and for the 14/9/18 (Account ID: 208856939).

It's possible to canceled the one for the 27/9/18 and refill my credit card?

I am free, maybe there was an alert that I did not understand, I really thought that did well.

I know that is not a usual request and I no that a reservation paid can not be cancelled but pleased, can you reply positively to this request.

I am so very disappointed as the seats I actually had was not as viewed on your website when I purchased them With the technology of these days one would think that something like this would not happen. An attempt was made as soon as it was evident of this error but my cell phone was dead. Also the ticket resolution booth at the Papa Murphy Park at Cal Expo could do nothing.
