I have a Dell Inspiron laptop with touch screen bought a year back. Recently its touch screen stopped working, first it thought its a software issue and tried to fix it but was unable to do so. Apart from the touch screen everything else is working fine, so it looks like a hardware issue.
As it was still under warranty, I called Dell support to fix the issue. I was promised to that a tech personnel will visit soon to look at the problem. Now its been a week and repeated call and i am only getting promises that they will send some.
Its quite disheartening to see a reputed company to show no concern to its users complaints. I would never ever recommend Dell to my family and friends after this.
Laptop touch issue not resolved
