Replacement phone
My phone died on me on 12-6-2017 I called T-Mobile and had a replacement phone sent to my home state..(Maryland) I'm an over the road truck driver, I was supposed to be home in time to get the phone from the local T-Mobile store. My truck broke down n New Mexico and I called the store about getting a new phone from here because I wasn't gonna make it home due to my truck being in the shop. The local T-Mobile store told me that I could get a replacement phone and I went to the store and it was a different story! Not only was I not able to get a replacement phone I was told that I would have to buy a new phone plus pay for the broke phone I have. That makes no sense to do that. I just want to get a replacement phone and soon.
