We bought an EPSON STYLUS INKJET PRINTER C88+ and we contacted (on february 18th 2019) your contact center for troubleshooting with this printer (clogged nozzle or a problem with piezoelectric nozzle) and our reference number is 190218-001184. We tried with cleaning of nozzles, as suggested, without results. We bought the printer on AMAZON website and we received the printer on January 22th 2019. EPSON ITALIA said us that is not possible to send in assistance the printer because the printer is never been commercialized in Italy and it is a very old printer. It is possible solve the issues? How can we obtain assistance or eventually, Returns & Exchange, in this case (we are not in USA but in Italy)?
