I purchased a new laptop from BestBuy (Win 10, Office 2019) and bought total tech support to transfer the e-mail and data from my old laptop (Win 8, Office 2010)-- still functioning -to the new laptop. 14 hours of remote sessions and in store visits and they are still unable to finish the job. I need the manager of Geek Squad at the victor NY store to call me and set up an appointment to finish the job. Repeated CHAT sessions and phone calls have been unsuccessful.
