I did a live chat last night (7/16/2020) with Rick M, one of your agents. After charging my credit card $106.61 for a one-time repair, he concluded that he could not fix my problem. He then told me he was going to issue a refund ticket, but then suggested something else. He suggested I try a higher level of tech expertise and he supposedly hooked me up with someone else. That person was supposed to call me within 3 hours which was the wait at the time. I stayed up until after Midnight and then gave up. When I called this morning, I was re-routed at least 4 times to different departments (two of which disconnected). I challenged your charge with my bank this morning, and the charge will be removed. Geek Squad was a complete and utter nightmare as far as I am concerned.

ATROCIOUS communication system? belies GEEK SQUAD CAPABILITY. Almost totally frustrating inability to communicate via phone and no viable email address provided. Calls require 2-3 or more attempts, with extremely long waits. Online no better. Chat is somewhat okay, but can do very little. Here's an example from today.

Appt made several days ago -short story- after ultra frustrating wait and calling 3 times. Evidently agent finally made appt, but I just found out firstly from Philip Jones, that it was assigned to wrong person. So they switched. Thus after receiving confirmation and message that they're coming today I suddenly get a message that I cancelled--which I DID NOT--they did--they transferred to a different, more appropriate agent--PJ but never bothered to explain to me. As a sr citizen over 80 I don;t need these angst attacks, or anxiety threats.

Fortunately I saved PJ's cell# from his last visit.. and he IS coming and he was able to explain what happened. The automated system is horrific and should be abandoned until it can be proven to be capable of efficient responses.

Obviously it is not your fault.. but when folks need help the last thing they need is the added frustration attempting to contact the geek squad involved as it is presently set up. It is insane!
