Today, exactly 39 days ago, I acquired a product but until now it does not reach me and I have no way to trace it. I ask the company for the tracking code but they tell me that they can not deliver it to me because they work with USPS (which is the state postal code of the USA). I find out in the post office of my locality in PERU they tell me that the issuer must give me a tracking code to be able to track but I have nothing.

In these moments I do not know what to do, I do not know if the problem is with the company, the postal service of U.S.A. or the postal service of my country.

Over a month I should receive my package should return to me from Jamaica I have not receive it.
