A substitute postmaster claimed that a delivery of package was attempted, reason given "no access to delivery location" 1/22/19. I have clearly observed him on my porch camera placing mail into my mail box on the said date, also noticeable is that my steps & porch were shoveled for carrier safety. it is my opinion that he is covering up for his failure to meet his postal duties & further lied about it. please address this matter w the carrier, before any one else is subject to package delays due to his lack of proficiency. video available upon request. ty.

The 800 number for the Post Office Customer Service is of no help what so ever. I have called and called. First it puts you on hold and then after a very boring 45 minute wait you get a dial tone. Absolutely useless!!! Whomever manages this area of customer service should be terminated.

Multiple times, I have asked my local USPS office (945 S. Birch St., Denver, CO 80246) post manager to keep my carriers out of my garden when delivering mail to my house. I have signed a sheet to this effect and even asked the multiple carriers that cover our neighborhood. NO RESPONSE!

Next, I put up a block at the southern end of my porch to block their access to my garden. I have photos showing the foot prints INTENTIONALLY GOING AROUND THE BLOCK AND INTO MY GARDEN!!

I WILL LOBBY TO DISMANTLE THE USPS SINCE THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY AND THEIR SERVICES ARE DESPICABLE!!

The mailman that comes to 602 Hudson Bay Drive seems to have an issue with dropping off my mail. Either he comes back after he realizes that he only left some of the stuff here or he just doesn’t leave it. Everybody in the house is getting their mail except for me I get a letter here or there but he’s always forgetting my packages. I ordered a face mask for the COVID-19 problem and I’ve been tracking it and it was Out for delivery but he just kept going so two almost 3 weeks now with no mask.

What the hell is you guys problem delivering the mail, your getting paid to do. Mailed my Verizon bill March the 20 and they still haven't received it. Now its past due,if you don't want to do your job quit.
